Methods of payment
The methods of payment accepted are: cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit card.
Warranty
RhinoBeam comes with a two years warranty starting from the date of purchase.
During this period we repair material and manufacturing faults free of charge at our discretion, fixing or replacing parts or the whole device.
Not included in warranty: damages resulting from an improper use (operation with wrong voltage, inadequate voltage connection, breaking), from a regular wearing effect and from faults lightly affecting value and use suitability of the device. Warranty is not valid if repairs are carried out by unauthorized centres or if spare parts used are not original. Warranty is only valid if the date of purchase is confirmed by the retailer’s seal and signature on certificate of guarantee and registration form.
